Information for Students and Families
Please arrive from 9:00am, at the main reception.
A team of staff will be available on site to support students with next steps, including advice on university places including specialist support for clearing if you have missed your offer and want to find an alternative course or university, or if you have done better than expected and want to try for a different university or course.
Please bring your phone and your UCAS login details with you on the day.
If a student is unable to collect their results in person — for example, if they are out of the country — they should email Mr Gill the Exams Officer in advance at jgill@arkacton.org. We will then send results by email on Results Day. If further support is needed, such as advice or help with university applications, we can arrange a Microsoft Teams call with one of our team.
If a student wishes to nominate someone else to collect their results on their behalf, we require:
- A signed letter from the student giving consent for that person to collect their results.
- The nominated person must bring proof of identification.
Whatever your results, we’re proud of your resilience and determination and we’re here to support you make the best possible next step into your future.
